    also having the same issue still, tried support and getting absolutely nowhere although its clearly a big common issue. cmon microsoft help us all!

    same problem here. I actually already owned MGS5 so I’m wondering if that’s the issue. It may only be counting Xbox One games? I downloaded one Xbox one game and both Xbox 360 games. I also checked w live chat and they linked me to this forum but didn’t
    offer any help.
