Xbox quest for downloading 2 free gold games stuck at 50% have all 4 may games downloaded please help.

Same here mine has been stuck on this for the last two weeks now.

same issue I’m having. I’m chatting with someone online but they’re acting like they can’t help. So lame.

 

I also have this problem and having no luck getting help

 

I think Microsoft is scamming us out of contest entries...

 

also having the same issue still, tried support and getting absolutely nowhere although its clearly a big common issue. cmon microsoft help us all!

None of my downloads have counted at all

 

Same issue here, 50% even though all 4 games downloaded.

 

It's the same for me. Don't worry though. They have it tracked even if the page doesn't upload before the month ends.

 

Log in progress stuck at 90%, download progress at 50% -- Support just confirmed I DID indeed download both games.

 

issue has being resolved now for me

 

Same issue stuck at 50% but downloaded three games and I'm still waiting on Aprils reward

 

Same here it's been at 50% for the past two weeks. Very frustrated!
