Xbox Quest Problem

I have a problem with my xbox may quest, where i did all the quest and i went to the xbox quest site and the 3rd quest shows as zero % done and i downloaded the 2 games with gold please someone help!

I was sent here from Xbox support due to the fact that I have a paid Gold account until 11/05 but I keep getting this message:

Ineligible
Oops! Sorry about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!

They told me I had to reset my gold, they did and I am still getting this message.

Ok, so I went to read the terms and conditions, and mine is still on Aprils quest I've tried deleting history and cookies but I'm still in Aprils info, is that way it's coming up ineligible? because the system thinks that it is expired? could it be that
simple?
