Discus and support Xbox Quest Problem in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I was sent here from Xbox support due to the fact that I have a paid Gold account until 11/05 but I keep getting this message: Ineligible Oops!     Xbox Quest Problem


    I was sent here from Xbox support due to the fact that I have a paid Gold account until 11/05 but I keep getting this message:

    Ineligible
    Oops! Sorry about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!

    They told me I had to reset my gold, they did and I am still getting this message.

    Ok, so I went to read the terms and conditions, and mine is still on Aprils quest I've tried deleting history and cookies but I'm still in Aprils info, is that way it's coming up ineligible? because the system thinks that it is expired? could it be that
    simple?
