    Xbox Quest not updating/registering?


    Hello I have completed all the monthly quests for May, but only 2/3 have the progress recorded correctly. The challenge to download 2 games with gold only says "1/2" even though I have downloaded/installed and played both games. If I can have some help with
    this it would be greatly appreciated as I do not want to miss out on the quest reward this month. Thank you!

    Xbox Quests not updating.

    Help the Xbox Quests program is broke, I fulfilled all requirements for the quest. The download 2 games with gold portion of the quest never updated and got stuck at 50% I've attempted to contact Microsoft via live chat and they sent me here to post my trouble
    on this page for some reason.

    Xbox quest not updating

    The page doesn't update straightaway, but the data will have gone to Microsoft, so they know you have done it.

    glitch question

    What happened is we both found the books and had it in our inventory before we got the quest. When we got the quest it did not register and update that we had the books in our possession and even if we go to the location that it specifies, the quest will
    not update nor will there be another copy of the book at that location so it can't be completed and will remain in our list of quests

    Having the same quest problem on xbox but on pc everything works hopefully it will register for us and get the points for the quest by june 2

    it's a known issue.

    The gamerscore leaderboard is updating but it's extremely slow taking several days to update.

    The gamepass quests not registering is being looked into & you can keep an eye on things HERE on the service status page.
