    I completed 2 out of 3 of my may quests the last one I can't complete is download 2 gold games I downloaded the baseball one and the metal solid 5 one and my progression still says 0% but the other ones say 100% I went through all the trouble shoots with
    the agent too nothing helped. I already contacted xbox support team and they said create a post you guys are able to help me more.

    i have completed all quests but when i check my progress it says 0% on the download 2 free games with gold but i completed it

    So we can take a closer look with you, can you reply to this thread with some additional information?

    1. Do you currently have an active Xbox Live Gold membership?

    2. Do you see any difference if you check that page in a different browser, or after clearing the cache in the browser you were using?

    3. Can you please include a picture in your reply of where you're seeing that you're ineligible for that?
