Xbox Quest Incompletion

I went online to check my progress for Xbox Quests and it said that I did 100% if the first two. However, for the last one, it said I only did 50% when i clearly remember downloading two games, Metal Gear Solid: A Phantom Pain and Super Mega Baseball 2.
I spoke with a Microsoft Agent named "Anne P." and she confirmed that I downloaded two games, this is seriously not fair.

Questions reguarding gamerscore

Just looking for insight on the matter. I would just rather not sign in and immediately have my incompletions shoved in my face. God forbid I play a game and not like it, and then be stuck with that reminder forever.

You should have a Quest log for it in your incomplete quests, make it you active quest and then go follow the markers. I think You have to sign on with a group of explorers and then head through the southern passage in the bottom of the Ettinmoors or whatever
they are called.

You may want to try a power cycle by pressing the power button for 10 seconds and then unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds. Once that is done you can start it back up.

Thanks for the reply Wolfie. I was doing this through Windows 10 PC. I don't know how to check my status on Xbox One. But I'm sure this should basically be the same. I think the issue is on Microsoft's side. Although it says so, I don't think it has
me as completing the 3 hours of multiplayer 3 days in a row. They have to investigate whether or not I have completed the three hours.
