xbox px app not allowing any interaction?

Discus and support xbox px app not allowing any interaction? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; i've just wiped my pc to (unsuccessfully) address bluetooth issues. up until the wipe, the xbox app had been working just fine, no issues whatsoever....     xbox px app not allowing any interaction?


    i've just wiped my pc to (unsuccessfully) address bluetooth issues. up until the wipe, the xbox app had been working just fine, no issues whatsoever.
    since wiping, i've tried downloading the app both through the microsoft store and from the xbox website, but it's not allowing me to click anything. i can't close the app without using task manager, i also can't sign in, navigate to any tabs, or do anything at all.

    any ideas to fix? running windows 11

    Headsets compatible with my Xbox 360 and PC.

    Turtle Beach PX range work with Xbox, playstation and PC. They connect using a mixture of USB, phono/optical and a cable to the joypad depending on what you're connecting to.

    I have some older PX-21s and they work just fine. Not sure what the current models are.
