xbox purchases tranfered to pc steam?

Unfortunately, it is not possible, as the method of purchasing skins is different, the apex characters will be purchased on steam, while the ones you already have were purchased on Xbox through the Microsoft store. Below is an example.

He used the Media thing to tranfer things over from PC to Xbox using the Windows Media Center to tranfer things from PC to Xbox 360 so he could watch those things.You might need an Ethernet cable, or to use wireless you need an Xbox 360 slim or Wireless

it is not available on the microsoft store for pc, therefore not available in the xbox app or gamepass pc, it is purchasable on steam though.

I understand, but you can add pc games to steam library even if purchased from xbox game pass. Steam is a game launcher as well.
