Xbox purchase

Hey guys so basically my xbox turns it's self off every 15 min or so with no fan noise. So I phoned microsoft who won't fix it for free as it's been opena e. They told me to contact the retailer i bought it from which is tesco. So I phoned them but i do
not have a receipt so they told me to look on my bank statement for proof of purchase as it was bought on debit card. So I scan and send it over. It clearly says 249.99 was taken out by tesco but they are denying any record of it.. What should i do are they
playing me? Stuck here and without my xbox pls help guys

Purchasing on Xbox One

Random question, but I have some money left in my online balance...but only a few ££ so not enough to buy a full game etc.

Do I have to top this up first using MS points or gift cards, or can I spend the remaining balance and just pay the difference direct from a card?

DLC won't work unless connected to the net?!

As long as it's the Xbox360 that it was purchased on.

...AND to the Xbox360 it was purchased on, as drskhaled mentioned above. Just to be clear.

Two separate licences. Either case must apply before it'll work; on the console that purchased it - no connection to Xbox Live required; by the GamerTag that purchased it - connection to Xbox Live required.

 

How long ago did you buy it? Technically Tesco doesn't have to refund it without a receipt. They can say that the 250 was used on other things.

I would keep trying to get Tesco to help you are bite the bullet and pay to have it repaired.
