    Xbox Purchase Error PUR3001


    Every time I attempt to make a purchase on the Xbox one store I get this error message:

    Change your settings to allow purchases
    Your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content. If you still want to buy this, first change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children.

    I have checked my settings multiple times and they are not blocking any purchases or downloads. Plus I don't have a "parents account"
    I don't know how to fix this and I haven't been able to download anything in months.
    Please Help

    Is your account part of the dashboard preview thing? It won't work unless your account is connected to it.

    And have you tried at the link I provided? I have found that changing the settings at the link works better than changing them on the console.

    I tried it once again using your link and still nothing. All settings allow purchases just as they always have.

    Xbox Purchase Error PUR3001

    Allow it under Xbox one settings as well. I had this issue, and only this worked me, though I have Xbox 360.

    I'm having this problem as well. Been changing and refreshing settings for over an hour but still nothing. I heard it was a parental setting problem but I'm over 18 and the account was upgraded several years ago. My settings say I can purchase anything,
    I don't understand why this isn't working.
