    i want to update my phone number on my account but when i did it told me to wait 30 days so i waited and it still doesn't let me change it.

    i don't have access to the email or Phone # anymore, i'm also able to to sign into still xboxlive

    what do i do?

    The 30 days wait time is the added security for changing the security proof of your account, you just need to wait until 10/19/2014, by that time your account security information is already updated.
