Xbox promotion got me banned Help!

On My Xbox 360 dashboard it would say "go gold" and it would offer me a free trial, when i would try to confirm purchase it would do it gave me an error code 8C210007 and then i call customer support agent and i told the issue i was having, so she told me
to clear HDD cache and to make sure my payment is up to date and i double checked that and i asked her if i was able to get a token she said no i and she said given one before, well yes i been give tokens before but she said no. so i hanged up and now the
next day my account is suspended for "Market Theft" and to be honest , how is this possible, i was trying to redeem free trial and now im banned. I've been a four Xbox live gold member and Im look forward to buying an Xbox one soon but Im very disappointing
that this mistake has happened, I know that sometimes mistake happens, that what human being is, but i don't understand why this happened to me when i see a promotion on my dashboard. Can you please have the ban reversed my Xbox account (Gt TMG PROKILL3R)
and i was going to buy the 12 month for 40$ a promotion at the Microsoft store and i want to thank you very much for take your time to read this and please have this fixed soon. Ps. The Xbox enforcement team is not helpful all they do explain why when i already
what happened and they dont investigate and i think that they give a bad reputation to Mircosoft and you are my only hope to get this resolved

Acct Banned - questions

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

sorry you will have to post in the suspension/ban forum nobody else can help you tell you why you were banned for Marketplace Theft, and that type of ban is not a temp one they perm ban accounts for Marketplace Theft.

 

The promotion did not get you banned. Your account was found to have committed Marketplace Theft. The Enforcement team then issued the ban upon completeing the investigation on your account.

It just so happens that it was finished after talking to Xbox Support and trying to use this promo. However, it was something that could have happened a while back.

Nonetheless, your account was caught doing that and the ban won't be reversed. You're free to post in the XBLPET forum, but they'll tell you the same thing.
