Xbox Promo 3 months for 12$ ending in the night bug subcription biling bug

Hello! I have tried the Canadian phone number for my xbox but the voice refer to xbox.com/help and I am unable to talk with a person.

That kind of support is disabled. So when I went on xbox.com on sign for gold xbox live it was displayed the promo 3 months for 12,99$ ending within 4 hours. We are at 2:00 am.

When I have logged in and verified my identity with the verification by call the price automatically changed from 12$ to 29,99 for 3 months. I couldn`t get my special at time!

Now I have tried to subscribe for 1 month to see if that promo were only for members but nothing! So I cancelled my subcription and asked for a refund.

That`s not fair! I wanted to buy 3 months promotion but there is a system biling problem. I will not be able to get what I wanted to pay.

I will never buy another xbox live subscription!
