It is not possible, starting with the fact Xbox has a single hdmi output

the way you continue is buy another Xbox or use cloud gaming on another device

It came down to the Project Managers. While 1vs100 was up and running, most of the Dev's and Project Mangers moved on to bigger and better things; mostly with different companies.

So, if they are both playing with two different controllers and headphones, they will always show up as only one person on the screen when talking?

The sync issues are a real problem. During two lobby matches last night, the desync was so bad we were seeing two completely different things on screen. While I was brutalizing my opponent's character, he asks if I'm still playing as on his screen, my character
was jumping randomly and NOT fighting at all... Talk about strange.
