XBOX Project Scorpio - Box Not Returned with warranty repair.

Hi

I returned my XBOX ONE PROJECT SCORPIO edition console in just its box as requested with no leads, games etc - but the box has not been returned to myself.

How do I contact somebody to get my box returned - I cannot find an email or phone number - I am in UK.

Repair a special edition controller

Hello,

a few day ago the RB button of my controller failed me.

As I filled the warranty form it only prompted me possible replacements, but not a repair option.

Problem:

It does not offer me a Project Scorpio Edition controller like mine, as expected.

Question is:

Is it somehow still possible to repair the controller, for I want to keep the design equal to the console?

 

Concerns about the reported problems about the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.

I just purchased an Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition off of Amazon and I'm concerned about the failure rate, heat, fan noise and other problems with Scorpio Xbox One Xs by reading the forums off of Xbox.com and others. I haven't opened up the retail box
yet. Should I return it and get an regular Xbox One X or an 1-2 TB Xbox One S?

You can try contacting support, but anything you send with a console is not guaranteed to come back which is why they tell you to send only the console. That does include the box it is sent in. Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

The UK number is 0800 587 1102 - although the chances of getting your original box back are practically nil. Consoles purchased in Europe are sent to Germany for repair. There is no console repair facility in the United Kingdom.
