    Hello, when I tried to download a game from the Xbox program I was logged out. When I try to log in, I get the message "You are not connected to the Internet Check your network connection and try again". When I try to log in to different games like Minecraft with my Microsoft account it also tells me that I have no internet and I am offline even though I have internet in every other program. I had already tried in the settings to uninstall the program and reinstall but that has brought nothing. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? (I can access my Microsoft account via the browser). LG.

    I understand. So if you do not use the VPN the XboxApp and Microsoft Store works just fine?

    Would you please test your connection to the Xbox Live servers?

    If on Windows 10, go to Start > Search and click on Xbox network. It will open a window and will test your network connection with the Xbox servers. Please tell me if it shows open NAT and connected to server or if you receive any error.

    If on Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app, click on Settings (the gear icon) > Network.

    Let me know about your internet connection test results.

    Oh I'm sorry I misunderstood the question I thought it was about if I have a VPN installed

    and only the Xbox programs do not work the Microsoft Store should actually work

    Yes I have a VPN and otherwise my internet works.

    I have followed everything they told me but it still does not work. I don't know if it's because of that, but there are about 1-3 temporary files that I couldn't delete.

    And the step before where I was supposed to open cmd and enter commands only got the message that the command does not exist (so not for every command).
