    My son has an xbox account under my email address but in his account there are three profiles. His, his sister's and his cousin's. Unfortunately his sister can't remember her profile password to get in and I can't find out anywhere how to retrieve this.
    Can anybody help, if this makes sense?

    You probably logged in with your account on a windows 10 machine and played candy crush in windows.

    that's why it shows up on your profile.
