xbox profiles are all blank

Look to the left of this text. My logo, my games, rep, everything is blank.

You can't see what people are playing, or know they are looking for Minecraft players etc.

Gamer Picture and Profile Colour Issue

Whenever I try to change my gamer picture or my profile colour on my Xbox, all of the options are either grey rectangles (Profile colour) or blank circles (Gamer Picture). Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did the update *** up our gamercards or something?

There is a simple reason for this happening. If you go to the profile of someone who has blank spaces on their gamercard, you'll see it.

The blank spaces are where they have used an app (Zune, Hulu Plus, Netflix, Sky Player, etc). That is all it is.

This is a current problem with Gamercards in the forum. It seems Microsoft is transitioning Gamercards to a new server. If you hover over your Gamercard to the left, you'll see that it directs you to https://gamercard.xbox.com

This server has a SSL Security certificate that doesn't fit the website address and other issues.

But rest assured. If you go to
https://account.xbox.com/Profile?gamerTag=DarkOvcharka you will see, that everything is still there.

You can clear your cache without deleting anything.

If you want to clear out your hard drive, transfer over your profile, any game saves, music, videos or other irreplaceable files to a USB.

Thanks for your advice. What would be the "important data" that I should copy onto a USB stick?

Perhaps your HDD is acting up. I would advise you to back up important data on a flash drive and then format the HDD along with clearing cache. Then transfer data back to it, recover gamertag, and install any updates that come your way. This should completely
clean the console and no more issues should occur.

I hope you get this all sorted out soon. That sounds like quite the annoying problem.
