Xbox Profile

Every time I try and sign in on my Xbox one it just goes back to the profile list and says that no one is signed in. I have tried turning it off and on as well as restarting my Xbox, hard shutdown, and turning it off at the wall. The only thing that worked
was removing my account and then re-adding it but even that only worked for a day before not letting me sign in again. I have just purshased 12 months Xbox live membership and put a lot of money onto my Xbox which I now cannot use. If anyone could give me
some advise on what to do I would be extremely grateful!

I take it your Xbox has to be set as your "Home" Xbox for this to work?

 

AC Origins just appeared in my Library?

Is your profile the only profile on the Xbox? Are you the only one that uses that Xbox?

Sorry you're having issues with your profile staying signed in. It sounds like you've done the first couple steps I would suggest. So I would suggest trying a couple of other things. First, see if your Xbox is on instant on, and if so try changing it to
power saving mode. To do this, go to Settings, All settings, then Power. Note that doing this will limit some things like offline update and powering your Xbox on from devices like phones. If that does't work then I would suggest doing a

factory reset here. Provided you keep your Xbox connected to the internet all your saves should be backed up to the cloud.
