    Xbox Profile


    Due to the xbox lagging I decided to reset the xbox one console. This caused me to lose my profile details. I have tried to create a profile but when I press the option, buffers and goes back to the screen add profile. I can log into my profile through www.xbox.com but unable to create a profile or find my old profile via the xbox one console. I have tried to soft reset by pressing the holding the on button on the console for 10 secs of more; but this just causes the button to flash. Is it time for a new console or is their an easy fix

    You probably logged in with your account on a windows 10 machine and played candy crush in windows.

    that's why it shows up on your profile.
