    Xbox profile


    Hi I seem to have 2 Xbox profiles as one of my children set up another profile. This account is linked to my Microsoft account when I log on, but it's not the profile which they use to play on the Xbox - so I can't link this account to my epic games account.
    Both are registered under my name. Is there any way I can delete one profile? I can't work out how to do this and can't find a way of speaking to Xbox at the moment so any help gratefully received - many thanks!

    You probably logged in with your account on a windows 10 machine and played candy crush in windows.

    that's why it shows up on your profile.
