Xbox Profile Transfer

Hello,

Is there currently any way to transfer my Xbox account from one email to another? I made the account 5 years ago on an old email address, and I want to transfer it to my new email. Both emails are Microsoft emails. Is there any way to do this using either
my Xbox One Console or PC?

Transfer data question.

Hi, to transfer content licences associated with your console you must sign in to the console with the profile used to purchase the content. Once signed in go to Settings > account > billing options and select licence transfer following the on screen instructions to transfer the licences to the new console so other profiles can use the content. Content can not be transfered across profiles only across consoles - hope this helps

So does that mean i cant transfer my 360 gamertag to my xbox one and keep my achievements and gamerscore from the 360 profile?

If you are currently using a MS based email for your account and then change to using a new email address, that previous address will be deleted permanently. If you no longer use that old address you should be fine to change it.

The only thing that you can do is change what email is used to sign into your account with you can not merge the 2 accounts together.

Like bowski477 said the thing is this if you change the current account that is a MS server email (live.com, outlook.com, msn.com, Hotmail.com) and then remove that email from the account it will be gone forever and you will not have access to it ever again
and there is no one that can get it back for you.

And since it is already a MS account you can not add it to the other account as one to use to sign in with because it would not know which account to sign into.

Called Xbox support.

Verdict: since my original gtag 1 was never online i have to use a transfer cable to transfer profiles from my original rrod hdd to the current xbox.

Problem: the transfer willt be a full data transfer not partial, from my original 60g hdd to my 4g slim. NOT possible.

Solution: purchase xbox 250g or + HDD, replace 4g hdd with 250, purchase 1x slim to slim hdd transfer cable, transfer current profile from 4g HDD to new 250+HDD. Purchase Xbox360 original hdd to Xbox360 slim hdd transfer cable, Transfer profile from original
360 hdd to 360 slim with new 250g hdd, merge profiles

providing I remember the password.
