    Xbox profile problems on Xbox 360


    Hi, I had my profile on my xbox 360 it was working, then when I tried today to login, it can't log into xbox live with that profile even though it's an xbox live profile. So I deleted the profile from the xbox, then I tried to redownload the profile, I entered my account details, and then it says hello and my username. It starts to download it and then I get an error 8015190A, saying there is a problem with my credentials. But when I log into the xbox website with the details, it logs me in, so the details are correct. So what do I do?

    Hey there Jeorje!

    I do apologize for the inconvenience, If you are attempting to recover your account and it keeps pulling up a different gamertag, this just means you are not using the correct primary email to the account.

    I would recommend going through the "Find your Microsoft account email address" support article to see if you are
    able to recover the correct account.

    Can't Recover Account.

    Well, the problem is that you gotta delete the profile from your Cousin's Xbox 360 in order to recover your profile from your Xbox 360.

    It has happened to me before until I figured out the problem.
