Xbox profile pictures randomly not loading

Non of these fixed it and it happens on both of the accounts on the xbox and the xbox app.

If you would like to report the issue as a bug, please press and hold the Nexus button on your controller and select “Report a Problem”. You may have to have the Report a Problem app downloaded to your console to perform this. You can find it in the Microsoft Store on your console.

You can also report is as a bug in the Xbox App on your computer. You can do this by clicking your Profile > Feedback and fill out the necessary information.

We understand that you are not seeing some Xbox profile pictures. Let us look into this together to get you back to gaming.

We recommend that you perform a hard-reset on your console. To perform a hard-reset, please press the Nexus button on your console (also known as the Xbox button) for ~15 seconds or until the console completely powers off. Then, unplug the console and keep it unplugged for about a minute or two. Next, plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Nexus button on the console and see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, please try removing your account from the Xbox and then adding it back to the console. If the issue continues after that, we recommend performing a factory reset on the console. The instructions on how to do so can be found in the article linked below.

Well, the pictures randomly loaded, but I'm not able to get anything from the marketplace. I keep getting error code 80072746.

you can load a picture of your dog onto a flash drive from your computer and load it to your xbox and change it that way. As long as you dont change your avatar and its only your picture its not profile hacking.
