    Xbox Profile on Backwards Compatible


    I have recently purchased "Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two" for the Xbox 360. Unfortunately, I have never owned a 360. I do however, have an Xbox One. Epic Mickey 2 is one of many games backwards compatible on the Xbox One. The game loads and plays
    as intended, but on the title screen, it informs me to download a profile. I have no idea if this is for a 360 profile or not. With no 360 profile to use, I tried my One/Microsoft account. It gives an error about "credentials" and the code 801540A9. Without
    a profile, I am unable to save my progress. Can someone help me? So far, no one has been able to help.

    Burnout 3 on Xbox One

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums!

    Unfortunately Burnout 3 is not backwards compatible on the Xbox One. Only Burnout Paradise and Burnout Revenge is backwards compatible. Microsoft also announced during E3 that there will be no more games released on the Xbox One backwards compatible
    list to focus on backwards compatibility for the upcoming Project Scarlett console. So Burnout 3 will not come out as a backwards compatible title on the Xbox One I'm sorry to say.

    In order to play backwards compatible titles after a gamertag change, all you would need to do is re-download your profile from the Xbox 360 Menu on a backwards compatible title. That should fix it.
