Xbox profile number of years is wrong

Discus and support Xbox profile number of years is wrong in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It shold be almost 8 years but its only just turned to 5.     Xbox profile number of years is wrong


    It shold be almost 8 years but its only just turned to 5. It knocked of years when I did a gamertag change. Can this be fixed? Its correct on my 360 profile.

    Hey Lee, sorry to hear about the account issue! To be sure, have you tried re-downloading your profile since this issue began? If not, please give that a try now! :)

    Its been going on for a while. As far as I know, it should clear itself up.

    You can attempt re-downloading your profile using the steps linked in the following article:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Do not delete your profile, just try re-downloading it.

    Also note the following:

    "Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has finished.

    For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag."

    Hello Mister Mascot! Thanks so much for the reply! I just checked what you said and here is what it shows:

    • Xbox.com : 6 years (wrong number)
    • Xbox App: 6 years (wrong number)
    • Xbox One: 6 years (wrong number)
    • Xbox 360: 7 years (correct!)

    So it only appears correctly on Xbox 360! I tried removing and redownloading my profile on Xbox One but it still won't change :/
