Xbox profile is corrupted

Hi,

I have an active xbox live gold subscription, but when I select the “Fantastic deals and more” menu on the console’s home screen I get the following error message: “Sorry, there was a problem opening this page. Please try again in a moment.” This problem
started about a week ago. Today I realized that when I go to the Settings menu on the console and select Account -> Subscriptions I also get an error: “There was a problem we could not get info about your subscriptions from Xbox Live. 0x80bd0006”.

It is strange because gold features are working.

The xbox support web page (http://support.xbox.com/hu-HU/error-code-lookup?code=0x80bd0006) says “This may mean your profile is corrupted”. I tried all the steps which this page is suggested, but it is not worked (so I deleted my account from the console
restarted the console and added my account again).

When I check my subscription on the web it looks everything is fine. I found several similar problems on the xbox forums, but I couldn't find any solution:

I didn't do anything with my account when the problem started. (only I updated my xbox app on my phone maybe that did something with my account?)

I am worried because I bought many games and all these games are “in my account”, which seems corrupted.

What should I do now? :/

p.s: my friend who also has an xbox one console, has the exact same issue so this is not an isolated problem

I have the same issue.. Itstarted a week ago, not sure but it can be because i removed my credit card details and then replaced it witha new one... Any sollution?

It started a week ago for me as well, but I haven't change any credit card settings.

Have you tried delete your account from your console and add it again? It fixed for some people but not for me

 

Finally the support team solved my problem. I had to delete my account and add it again, after I had to reset my console but none of these helped. So they cancelled my gold subscription and after they took me redeem codes to activate it again. This last
thing solved the problem. It took 1.5 hours but they were really helpful.
