    For the second time in the last week, my xbox account has been suspended from communications. I have only sent messages to another player on one of the suspensions but there was nothing sent that would have been worthy of a suspension. Today I received another communication ban without having actually talked to anyone or played any games online. When I tried to go to the website "enforcement.xbox.com", it will not let me log into my account that received the suspension. The page will only refresh every time I click the button 'sign in'. Since I cannot sign in, I cannot submit a case review, or report a problem with having my account suspended at random. I tried reaching out to the support team on twitter and was told that they cannot assist with any ban related issues. Why am I not able to sign into the enforcement page to have my false suspensions reviewed?

    Site it's working properly, unfortunately if you can't sign usually means a network erro or cookies on your device, but I have been able to log on the site with all my accounts, just tried

    I can understand a ban taking multiple days to be issued, however I am certain there was nothing said that would result in a ban. I am still confused as to why I cannot sign into the enforcement page with my suspended account to submit a case review. I have tried to sign into the page on multiple different devices, browsers, and networks, but have not been able to do so successfully.

    If you receive an enforcement action when you’re not on the Xbox network, it may be the result of prior activities. Keep in mind that the Community Standards for Xbox has no statute of limitations, and a player can receive an enforcement action at any time for past offences.

    Enforcement actions can be one after the other, and even receive one while you have another one active

    It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and it appears to be showing permanent bans in place of most other bans received and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't show the details of the enforcement.

    I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page.
