Xbox profile corrupted?

I found out it is only this profile that gets disconnected every second of the day that I play. The other account do not get disconnected. I deleted storage cache, deleted and redownloaded profile, and reset router. On my previos post, you can go read, I
explained my problem which nobody could help me on. But i later found out my profile might be corrupted? Fixable? Please help, support. I do not want to lose all my achievements and saves.

I take it your Xbox has to be set as your "Home" Xbox for this to work?

 

AC Origins just appeared in my Library?

Is your profile the only profile on the Xbox? Are you the only one that uses that Xbox?

 

i have the same problem and i think your right about our profile being corrupted because my brothers account doesnt get disconnected and honestly i have a feeling this is microsofts problem that they cant fix, its not our internet connection at all they
are just trying to figure out this problem by telling to reset redownload and all that ***

 

Same for me. My brothers are fine and only my account is disconnecting...

 

this problem needs to be fixed asap or i want my money back this not acceptable, i would express how im feeling by swearing but just know that i am very frustrated.

Very. I simply click on a game nd I get disconnected this never happened till the day i met a kid in A league play game and got Ddosed so I think I need to file something to get loads of my money back thst I spent into this limited edition gamong system
or I They can fix it cause they can. They just do not know where to start. They can fix it I know they can. If they can make items like touch screens, xboxes, and high tech electronics why can they not fix a simple error in their live? Or even give me a free
warranty check for my xbox? After all I DID PAY bout 500 bucks for this limited edition collectors item games and system.

 

I'm being told on the chat thing where you can talk to microsoft and they told me it could be that some of my ports aren't open. I'll look into this and see if that's the problem.

My ports are in fact open. So that isn't the issue. This has to be on their end. My internet is BT Infinity 2. I'm not sure where you guys live but the internet I have is extremely good. It's their end, they need to acknowledge this.

 

Yeah and I don think they'll have it fixed anytime soon, they just try and help by saying reconnect your router or delete profile and all that BS this is isn't a problem for them it's just a small percentage of us that have this problem anyways maybe this

yes, why do we have to take the fall for a simple problem? Easily fixed but we can not find the problem.. Like idk what it is or why it will not lt me play. I might go to playstation. I never encountered this problem till I waß Ddosed.Ii will buy a new router
snd waste money since a corporation is afraid to lose money.

 

I never touch mmy ports and i do not see why that would help us, it is not like they randomly close..

 

I was then told it could be from getting ddosed. I take it you all got ddosed? Well, I only have this problem on this account, not on my other one. So I'm guessing that's the issue. I'll see if I can fix this and get back to you all.
