    I've had this profile for years around 2010-2012 creation date and I've bought 500$+ worth of microsoft games digital without the games i bought of physical game cases i got banned 6 and half months ago for Disciplinary Action Cheating and its a perma ban i
    have never done anything wrong nor the one doing any of this in the first place i would like to get my profile back ive had a great time on my profile i bought alot of games and had some great memories with the profile and alot of friends that i can never
    get back i have not logged into the account for over a year i have never had any issues with my account ive always helped ppl out with any xbox related issue at one point and time i was on the Enforcement united website applied for ambassador and was one for
    years and reached a high lvl received medals and was very active in helping ppl out and one day i got perma banned and i never done anything to deserve it and everything is lost i'd like to please get my account back i've always been a loyal xbox customer
    ive bought gold on that account for years and enjoyed my time please help me relive it and enjoy the rest of xbox360 gaming experience

    you can't appeal against a ban, they will only ban you if they know that you have done something naughty, could be bad language in your profile, cheating, or being nasty or using extreme foul language online. just be thankful that it is only a 1 week ban
    as there are plenty who get a lifetime ban.

    it really disappoints me seeing so many getting banned over and over again for the same thing, why don't people learn (this is not pointed at you op).

    Wouldn't competing in a tournament be considered a for profit commercial activity? Such account is basically being used to make money in a sort of gambling.
