Xbox profile badge keeps randomly disappearing

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with your Xbox profile badge where they randomly disappear.

To make sure that what you are experiencing is not related to your device cache, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle. Please note that this is different from a regular restart, Kindly follow the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

If the power cycle does not resolve your issue, let's re-sync your Xbox profile from your console. Kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in.

This is a known issue, sometimes the tenure badge disappears for a few days and it appears randomly
Right now there is no way to speed up this or similar

The only option left is try waiting until the badge appears

Same here ,I've been on for 13 years and mine keeps disappearing,I never even received my gold badge on my profile,usual rubbish I was told its been given out in no specific order.well everyone on friends list has theres why don't I ?

Also, my earned badges in Minesweeper have disappeared.

Wouldn't worry.Profile badges are notorious for disappearing & then coming back.

Your xbox live tenure badge does it all the time but you wont notice unless you are checking it every few hours.

It'll come back & then probably disappear again a few days later & then come back again etc.
