Hello Norb,

You can change the primary email from a Microsoft email to a gmail or any other. However if you remove the Microsoft email from the account totally then that email will be unusable. If you leave it as a secondary on the account you will still be able to
use the Microsoft email.

Sorry to say, but there is no option to reset the Xbox Profile. You could change the gamertag if you are unhappy with your name. If the gamertag was an individual name you will be charged for that. If it was created by Microsoft you get one for free. In
case of a gamertag change you keep all your games.
