CORRUPT PROCEDURE IN SUSPENSION AND ENFORCEMENT ACTION

Where is the equal justice? You get a complaint or report. You suspend and send email that does not in any way inform the user of what’s happened, why and for how long. This DOES NOT rehabilitate a user into changing how they play. It simply exists to further
aggravate users. If you commit a crime (a real life one) you are given the opportunity to be made aware of allegations and respond. You are then made fully aware of the consequences.

You take money from parents, people and kids. You provide this online environment for them to live in and then you behave this way!?!? Xbox, you should be ashamed by the way you conduct business. Ashamed of how you treat individuals and be held accountable
for your role.

Disgusting, utter waste of time posting to forums or anything as you will not change anything or listen to anyone. What you will do is gladly take our money and teach our children and people that the system is hyjacked and openly against them. And seriously
that is about it.

Nice to see a straight forward answer. Been wondering how it'll work. So if you got prompted for the HD install on the multiplayer disc, I'm assuming the HD texture still works for online play?

They aren't allowed to show you private data including info on who reported you and the security of the network

You are given the type of suspension and bad behaviour it's not rocket science

And indication of the sort of activity that infringes on their policy that they believe you have committed would be nice.

As well as an explanation about how long a ban Or consequence is for.

No but it does tell you where you can go to find out how long your suspension is for if you sign in at enforcement.xbox.com it will tell you the length of the suspension what rule in the code of conduct that you broke., and if eligible you can even file
for a case review and plead your case to the enforcement team who will then reinvestigate the report and let you know if they can lift the suspension sooner.

 

when they point out which rule you broke it tells you what type of behaviour not the exact words

As they are also bound by the rules (offending words can't be displayrd)

So it's a communication suspension

That's pretty straight forward
