Xbox problems reported but does anyone listen

I have reported issues for the last several builds which only seems to fall on deaf ears. Is there anyway to see status of issues raised ? Even went as far as trying to communicate with someone from Xbox support but it just goes through an endless loop of saying get a phone back but then says sorry callback is not available. This has been for the last 4 weeks in the UK so getting a little fed up now as have been on beta / insider builds for Microsoft since windows me and have never had issues like this trying to communicate with someone.
