마이크로소프트와 x박스 모두 계 을 성인이 자녀계 에서 탈퇴시킨 상태입니다

그런데 x박스 프로필 설 으로 들어가 때마다

자녀의 Xbox 개인 보 및 온라인 안 보 설 변경
계속 이 도움말이 뜨네요

개인 보 및 온라인 안 보 설 에 들어가지 않 프로필만 눌러도 이 도움말만 뜹니다

이 탈퇴해서 자녀계 도 아닌 상태인데 왜이런거

If you mean you are having trouble with privacy settings for a child account that's under your adult account follow this:

On your adult account go here
https://account.xbox.com/Settings and click on the child's account and allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to everyone (must be everyone). Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice,
text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody. And on the Xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that. And then log out and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account can play online.

hi, there the xbox will only lock your account to a child if you entered a child date of birth.

Had the same problem when trying to start a child account. I used an adult account that was created on another xbox and downloaded to the xbox where the child account was. The account had to be "promoted" on the new xbox (this can be done under Settings>Account).
After this it was an option when the "parental consent required" screen came up. Chose the newly promoted parent account, followed the steps, including entering a valid credit card again, and the child account was created successfully.

However, if the birthday that was entered on your account has not reached the age of 18 you will not be able to promote the account. Also, be aware that once entered there is no way to change the birthday on a gamertag.

Is your child account 18 years old based on the date of birth you originally entered when making the account? If not then that is why it wont change to an adult account. Note that if you changed the date of birth on your Microsoft account that will not change
the date of birth on you Xbox Account. The child-adult upgrade system only looks at the date of birth that was originally entered when your Xbox account was made.
