Xbox problem with all new games

This is not the problem.... all my other games connect and xbox live function fully. the problem is with the Microsoft/Halo servers that are not allowing New Zealand's new ip range, this needs to be fixed. is this problem being sorted out??? thanks.

I was having the same problem, I was able to resolve the problem by creating a new Xbox live account since using the new account I have been able to unlock all the Mahjong games, so it would appear the problem is with the Xbox live account settings.

Yes! With the new xbox series X Xbox will be realesing all there games with these consols included Xbox 360,Xbox One s and X and ofcourse the new console So no need to buy a new consol unless theres a problem.

I have found a workaround to the problem, which works for me:

- create a new account on XBox One

- Sign in using your main account (the one with XBox Live Gold)

- Add new account as an adult family member, which will give the new account XBox Live Gold access

- Sign in with the new account and start FIFA14. All game modes are available to the new account.

I think that this proves that the problem lies with some bug with the EA account associated with the problem gamertag.

I have exactly the same problem. I bought a new xbox and re-downloaded all the 20+ xbox live arcade games I already have purchased. Sonic 1 is the only one with this problem. It appears in my "my games" menu as a full game, with achievements, but inside
the game, there is the "unlock full game" message. I did it all and it doesn't work!!!!
