Hello, I'm having trouble signing into my xbox When I turn it on, The Xbox360 says I have been Banned, and I got a message why; But the thing is I haven't played on my Xbox360 in a year or so. I don't know why I would be banned, I heard
Microsoft Started banning people randomly a while ago. I'm wondering if that's why I'm banned? I need help. Help me? or if anything can I get unbanned? I want to start playing again online, I don't want to banned for the rest of my life for doing nothing,
I'm certainly not buying another Xbox for nothing I've done.

IMPORTANT ACHIEVEMENT PROBLEM

Hey there, Terre! I'm very sorry to see that your achievements aren't popping as they should! Hopefully we can get you sorted out here.

On
your profile here on xbox.com, I don't see any achievements listed as being unlocked at all for Kick-*** 2. Because of this, could you please provide an image of what you see on your console? You can link me a picture by loading it either on OneDrive or
a picture hosting site of your choice. This way I can confirm you indeed have those achievements.

I see on your account also that the achievements for WtWTA were unlocked yesterday. For this game, what we want to do is wait 48 hours after you earned the achievements. If they don't pop, you will want to earn another achievement and wait 7 days after that
to see if they show up after that. I am incredibly sorry to say that this is time consuming, but it is required before we move on to our next steps.

It seems the achievements for Asphalt 5 were all unlocked in October, according to our site. If you are okay with this, I'd like to bubble all this information along to the proper teams at the same time. That would mean waiting until we confirm that WtWTA and
Kick-*** 2 will not populate so that we can give them all the information at the same time. I hope that is acceptable for you.

Please post back with the image of the KA2 achievements and once the 7 days has passed for the WtWTA achievement. We'll go from there! Thank you so much for your assistance while we get this sorted out.

IMPORTANT ACHIEVEMENT PROBLEM

This is the third time this month I report a problem. And I begin to be really fed up.

I have more than 300 Games on the Xbox 360, so you can trust me I already tried everything before writîng this mail.

I bought 3 Games this month (November 2014) Kick-*** 2, Where the Wild things are, Asphalt 5.

All these Games are really easy to finish.

But in all of them I have the same problem...

I have done one achievement, it appears in the achievements details of the game, but not in the list...

For Asphalt 5 I have one achievement Like this, same for Where the wild things are and same for Kick *** 2.

So first, its not a problem from producers, but from you Microsoft.

Second, do not Ask me to delete my account and download it again, I did it Twice already and nothing changed.

Third all this achievements were unlocked online and are not Live necessary achievements.

Fourth, I already cleared everything in my Xbox 360.

So now, I am sure it is from your servers.

I buy more than 70 Games per year for your Xbox, I Hope you will give a professionnal answer.

I know you do not care, because you have millions of customers, but if I do not have a good answer I will stop using your product at the end of december.

People are not banned randomly.To find out why you were banned you need to post here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

I can tell you that a thorough investigation is carried out before someone or a console is banned & the ban will not be overturned.

No, I have not been refunded anything yet. As I stated before, I've had thousands stolen from me in credit card fraud before. My funds were returned in less than 24 hours by my financial institution. I know why they believe they need to lock my account.
However as you can see I now posses the account. Locking me out simply prevents me from using my online service. Nothing else. The protection they're providing me by locking this account is fictitious.

The rest of these posts indicating this is an acceptable practice are apparently unfamiliar with normal service providers or financial institutions. Stop drinking the Kool-Aid. Nobody but Microsoft would do this to you. Tired of hearing the fanboys making
excuses for them.

And as I said, this service is unimportant. Imagine any other service you have being locked down for 30 days? Would that be acceptable? No, because those services are important. That's all I'm saying. Obviously Xbox Live is an unimportant service, indicated
by the provider's notion that I don't need it.

Also, keep in mind that when your excuse that the unreasonable time we're waiting is because so many people have to have their accounts investigated, Microsoft's public statement is that this is not a large scale problem. It's just a few customers.

To some here, MS can do no wrong. When they say there are not enough investigators, they forget that MS is a massive company that could immediately hire enough people to expedite the process.

30 million xbox live users and something like 90,000 people have had their accounts compromised (read that in an article on giantbomb I think).

25 business days is also an estimate. Sometimes it till take longer like most people are saying on this site. But sometimes you get lucky like I did and have it all wrapped up in 14 business days.
