Xbox problem, black screen after reset to default

Hello , i m having a problem here with my xbox one.

Today a was getting in to fifa 19 and then the game juste pause the music and stops , so i do all the thing that the xbox assistance said, like restart the game, restart the xbox and then i saw that the game works, but just if i am not logged with my xbox
account, but if i did the login, the game stops immediatily and continues loading.

Then i saw more thing on xbox assistance to do, and they said to do a reset default but keeping the games and applications,

so i did it and know my screen its just black....

if anyone can help me, thank you.

Hi there, last resort kind of measure here, but if you can't get past the black screen, resetting to factory defaults with the offline diagnostic tool can fix it:

I have been experiencing the same problems, black screen after start up. Halo froze went back to dashboard and couldn't do anything from there. Did a hard reset and only get a black screen after start up.

Having exactly the same problem tried the hard reset several times, still the same after the green screen the tv goes to a black screen and nothing else happens.
