Xbox privacy settings not loading

Yes, I was listed as a child's account. I was able to remove myself from the family, then was able to go into my security and turn on the features. Thank you so much, that link alone scratched a several year itch to finally be able to play online with my account!

Not sure why you are having an issue...I have just logged into my account settings and it loaded within seconds on both Firefox and Edge

I am sad to say, this is not the case. I went to do that, and go to my privacy settings and for Xbox One/Windows 10 privacy settings and it still said.
We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later.
I still am unable to change this to let me set these options.

If you want to go onto privacy settings on Xbox, go onto settings and go to the account section there you should see Privacy & online safety, thats where you can change your privacy settings.

If your on PC you select your account name where your accounts picture is located at and go onto My Microsoft Account when that loads you should see at the top of the page next to where it says Microsoft account, you should see a option named Privacy you
click on that. There you can change your privacy settings.
