    Xbox privacy and security is locked and I can't change any thing there.


    I wanted to change my Xbox settings and when I got into there I saw that its locked and it tells me that it is restricted for me. I have been trying all day to chat with an advisor with no success because when I'm trying it says ???????? where my first and
    last name is even though my name is in English. I can't even contact with the support to unlock my settings. Please if there is any one that can help me please contact me as soon as possible. Thanks!

    You must use the parental account to change any settings on a child's account. Could you check this link out please and change any privacy settings you deem as appropriate.
