Xbox privacy and Online safety

The long version:

I recently bought Minecraft™ so I could join a realm with a few of my buds. After purchasing and downloading it onto my Xbox I took the normal steps needed to to add a realm onto the lust but there was no add realm button, after a small amount of trouble shooting I was able to find out that I needed to update my permission settings in the Privacy and Online safety tab which is where i am stuck now. Every time I try to go to Account.xbox.com/settings it redirects me to support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one/. From that point there is a button that should redirect me to the settings page but instead it just reloads the page I'm on. I've scrolled through the Xbox forums, Reddit, Quora and other question thread sites to no avail. If I can get my settings change I'll be able to join the realm and get out of your hair.

The short version

The accounts.xbox.com/settings page redirects me to the support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one page, making it pretty much impossible to change my online settings. I need a way to access that so I can join a friends game.
