    It does not let me put the account of a friend as main account in my Xbox One because it comes out that already has other cuetas linked but it does not have any, I if I have my account as main in its Xbox One but to me it does not leave me. Why?

    i use 3x principal Xbox. i can not change for my principal Xbox anbd my family can not play on line. i like you give a last chance for change to my principal xbox. sorry for my English i am french. plz help me

    If you want that counter reset then you will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can do it. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    You can only have one Main Xbox One at the same time.

    If you have reached the max amount of Home/Main Xbox One (that limit is 5 in a year) you will need to wait until the next year to set another Xbox as Home/Main.
