    as far as I know there is No way to see how many times are left. Usually you wouldn't even need the number that currently is the limit. Since the intended use is to set your primary console as your Home console.

    If you want that counter reset then you will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can do it. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
