XBOX PRINCIPAL

My xbox one whenever I disconnect disconnects my main xbox, now is saying that I can not put an account as main because I changed 5 times this year plus this is not my fault I wanted to solve this urgently because I can not play!

i use 3x principal Xbox. i can not change for my principal Xbox anbd my family can not play on line. i like you give a last chance for change to my principal xbox. sorry for my English i am french. plz help me

 

Hi, you'd need to contact Xbox support to request a reset of the Home Xbox limit.

Thank you for bringing this post to our attention.

Once an account has used all Switches, (an account has a limit of 5 switches as a whole) then the account needs to wait a 12 month period until the switches reset.

1. Once an account is set up as the home, then you will be able to use your digital content. (after put as home, can still use the content with
internet or not)

2. Should there be internet, but not set up as home you can still play the games you own.

3. Should there be no internet and is not set up as the home, then you will not be able to play your content.

I recommend to contact customer support and see if there is anything that can be done, and if not then just wait the 12 month time period.
