    Has anyone else ever happened that your xbox did not become "main" as it should be? in the first time? And also do not let the main xbox, if ever used? Please, I need help with this problem Xbox principal??? :(

    You can only have one Main Xbox One at the same time.

    If you have reached the max amount of Home/Main Xbox One (that limit is 5 in a year) you will need to wait until the next year to set another Xbox as Home/Main.

    If you want that counter reset then you will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can do it. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
