    Olá boa tarde ,não co sigo colocar meu xbox one fat como principal , sou usuário preview , já liguei no suporte e pediram pra mim criar este tópico ,alguém poderia me ajudar? Não tenho nenhuma restrição no perfil e tenho ainda 5 tentativas para alterar.

    You can only have one Main Xbox One at the same time.

    If you have reached the max amount of Home/Main Xbox One (that limit is 5 in a year) you will need to wait until the next year to set another Xbox as Home/Main.

    If you want that counter reset then you will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can do it. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
