Tengo dos consolas y obcio en una de ellas tengo la orincipal, pero he visitado a amigos y tengo mi cuenta en sus consolas. Lo que quisiera saber es si hay la manera para saber que consola (mediante el numero de serie) tiene la principal para quitar el redto
de dispositivos de confianza desde mi navegador. No tengo la manera de saber el numero de serie de mi otra consola.

I have two consoles and I work in one of them, I have the orincipal, but I have visited friends and I have my account in their consoles.
What I would like to know is if there is a way to know which console (using the serial number) has the main one to remove the trusted devices from my browser.
I do not have the way to know the serial number of my other console.

Hello Guif,

To clarify, Xbox support does not have the capability to switch your home Xbox limit. Do not contact support for this issue, as they will not be able to assist you.

Note Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

You can also get help with your home Xbox in Xbox Assist. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select
System > Xbox Assist, choose My Xbox Assist >
Search, and then enter My Home Xbox.

Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. unfortunately, there is no way to know which xbox has your account set to "Home" without having the Xbox in front of you. However,
all you need to do is
set up your Home Console settings on any other console to remove it from a different console.

In short, you do not need to deactivate the home console settings before applying them to a different console.

If you want that counter reset, then you must contact support directly as they are the only ones that can. Keep in mind since there are 5 changes per 12 months they are not obligated to do it but worth a try. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
