XBOX Preview

I am part of the preview program, however I keep getting the "group not found" message when I try to access the forums. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Hi mdemery23,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort your access out once they see your message.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

 

I'm in the same boat as mdemery23. Can't access the forums and get the "group not found" error when I try.

as I said above support will be able to sort you all out when they see this - bear in mind its also a holiday in the US at the mo so there might be a bit of a delay!

 

Hey, guys! I double checked everyone's preview enrollment and was able to verify everyone in here is in the preview except xXpsychosis666. So everyone should be able to access the
Update Preview Forums, but xXpsychosis666 will need to post in the
Preview Program Support forum for more assistance.
