Xbox preview update problems

So, I had the update earlier and it was working fine for about an hour then it completely went insane. At the moment I can't go online (even though it says I'm connected via wifi), i've lost my friendlist (my friend also says that i've been removed
off his friendlist as well) and my entire dashboard is all over the place. Does anyone know of any solutions to any of these problems, or am I just gonna have to wait until they are patched?

However, when it was working I loved the fact that it's so fast compared to the last one, and also I think it's much better organised like this, so hopefully, once all of the bugs gets patched it'll be amazing to play with.

Xbox One systematically breaking down while instant on is active

Are you in the Xbox Early Access (update preview) programme? These are all problems associated with those updates while in preview, but shouldn't have been issues when on the public (stable) releases.

 

There is a fix I will try and find it, I know it involve a reboot you could try that for now press console button until it turns off wait 10 seconds power back up see if that helps

If you can it would be best to post in the preview forum, I'll see if I can find that fix.

 

If wireless press console button 8 seconds unplug from power socket, if you have external drive unplug wait 30 seconds, plug into power supply power up console sign in. plug in external HDD, see if that works the issue is being worked on.

i can't sing in to my xbox live account, any solution for this problem?

 

For some reason when I get on my xbox I don't have a friends list I can't start or join a party, I can't access Xbox store but it is letting me watch Netflix so I know I am online

 

When I try going onto the Xbox preview dashboard it says I am not registered

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated on this one. Completed the update and loads of issues. First off, I am always in an offline state no matter how many times I change it to appear online. Twitch is broken. Whenever I am able to watch a stream after
countless tries, I am unable to post comments or use the backspace button. Youtube starts on its own every 5 to 6 minutes...very annoying. While playing Battlefield 4, my controller turns on and off every 2 to 3 minutes and sometimes the controller does not
work at all, my character runs straight towards the enemy and I am unable to stop him. I can no longer access the Upload application (not upload studio), and internet explorer. There are more issues but not enough time to list them all. Any assistance would
be greatly appreciatex. By the way, I had help from a Microsoft Chat representative that directed me to this site. Thanks.
